The largest shareholder in New York-listed Genco Shipping & Trading is proceeding with its exit from the stock — but in a gradual fashion to date.
Jeffrey Aronson-led Centerbridge Partners has now sold more than 1.2m Genco shares since first flagging an intention to sell down in December last year. The firm remains a significant presence with nearly 23% of the bulker owner.
