Ince and Co partner and head of global shipping Faz Peermohamed says that contracts referring to the European Union could be at risk of cancellation following the UK’s vote to withdraw.
The terms of future contracts will have to consider the changing European landscape and there could even be attempts to get out of existing contracts.
“Clearly there will be a move to adjust future agreements as people get to think of the consequences (of the UK exit).
