Hyundai Glovis has secured a $1.3bn package to ship cars for Hyundai Motor Co and Kia.
The deals involve the ferrying of cars to the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, Yonhap reports.
Contracts run until the end of 2019 and account for 60% of the car companies’ exports, the newswire reports.
Glovis, in which Wilhelmsen has a stake via listed company Treasure ASA, has 32 vehicle carriers to its name as part of a wider fleet of 60 ships.
