Erck Rickmers is selling his ship management and ship brokerage activities.
Bremen-based Zeaborn Group has acquired ER Schiffahrt and shipbroker Harper Petersen & Co.
Rickmers said in a statement that both were well managed and profitable businesses.
“The combined entity will have a critical size to operate successfully in the competitive global market place,” he added.
