The European Investment Bank (EIB) has given its backing to a ro-pax newbuilding project in Finland to the tune of EUR 70m ($79m).
The loan has been awarded to Kvarken Link Oy, a special purpose vehicle jointly owned by the municipalities of Umea in Sweden and Vaasa in Finland.
