Steve Holland has joined V.Group as its newest non-executive director.
Holland is currently the chief executive of Brenntag, the Germany-headquartered chemical producer and distributor.
“I am honoured to be joining V.Group at such an exciting time when the industry is undergoing monumental changes, such as the 2020 sulphur cap regulation," Holland said in a statement.
