Croatia’s Alpha Adriatic has refinanced a jointly owned bulker while increasing its stake in the ship.
The Zagreb-listed owner and manager said it now controls 75% of the 52,000-dwt Punta (built 2013), up from 50% previously.
The vessel is owned by Alpha DCM Investments, the joint venture between Alpha Adriatic and Dutch financial adviser DC Maritime Partners.
