The Poseidon Principles group of banks has noted big steps forward in emissions-reduction scores and reporting transparency for 2024.
But the lenders, which are committed to measuring and detailing the carbon intensity of their loan portfolios, also acknowledged that challenges remain on the path to net zero.
Banks involved in the group now number 35 after Swedbank joined in February.
