Norden has reportedly sold a bulker to a Vietnamese owner in a deal which only saw the ship under the Dane’s full control for a brief period.
The Hellerup-based bulker and tanker owner is believed to have offloaded the 53,500-dwt Nord Brave (built 2007) to Vinalines.
The Iwagi Zosen-built supramax has reportedly fetched between $36.5m and $37m from the new buyer. Clarksons still lists the ship as in the fleet of Japan’s Orient Line.
