TWO more Danish-flag ships were detained last month, giving fresh impetus to Denmark's campaign against what it regards as an unacceptably high detention rate.
The two were the West Express, a 1974-built general cargo ship listed by the UK's Maritime and Coastguard Agency as operated by Seagate Transport of Barry in the UK but according to Equasis managed by H&L Intercon of Fredrikshavn, and the 1986-built general cargo ship Marsus, operated by Poulsen Shipping of Korsor in Denmark.
