Danish boxship giant Maersk Line has launched a new Intra-Asia service, IA2, linking Thailand and Japan.
The weekly run began on 3 April and also calls at Taiwan and Hong Kong.
Full port rotation is: Laem Chabang, Hong Kong, Kaohsiung, Yokohama, Nagoya, Kobe, Kaohsiung and Laem Chabang.
Maersk Line has more than 500 boxships and recently integrated the fleet of P &O Nedlloyd after a takeover.
