Swedish product tanker specialist Brostrom is banking on just-in-time and the impact of new tanker safety rules after seeing profits rise 70% last year.

Low inventories mean oil companies depend on the likes of Brostrom to provide reliable transport. At the same new safety rules mean demand for modern double-hulled tonnage is rising.

These factors helped the Gothenburg company raise profits to SEK 238m ($32.7m)
