James Fisher & Sons of the UK has purchased two more marine services companies to add to its growing portfolio of offshore and naval support businesses.
Fisher has paid £4.83m for Air Supply AS of Stavanger which supplies compressed air equipment to the offshore sector. It has also paid £3.1m for the defence unit of WM Engineering Ltd which has a maintenance management contract with the Royal Navy.
