Carnival Corp is confident bookings will recover from Covid-19, but has discounted a Florida-based travel advisor franchise's outlandish numbers as reported last week in the media.
Cruise Planners' reservations for Carnival Cruise Line shot up 600% in the three days after the brand said it would start sailing eight ships on 1 August, tabloid media website TMZ reported on Saturday.
