Ship Finance International has given itself a new name.
The Bermuda-based owner has renamed itself SFL Corporation Ltd at its 2019 annual general meeting.
The Ole Hjertaker-led company's common shares will continue to trade under the ticker "SFL" on the New York Stock Exchange.
Its international securities identification number and instrument identification for listed securities remain unchanged.
The John Fredriksen-owned company's fleet of more than 90 vessels is split between tankers, bulkers, boxships and offshore assets.
