Russia working on Northern Sea Route cargo shuttle service

Russia is working on launching a shuttle service across the arctic in an effort to make the Northern Sea Route more attractive.

The country's Ministry of Far East and Arctic Development and think tank Skolkovo are looking to create a state-run boxship operator that would lower the costs of using the arctic shipping lane, according to a report from Bloomberg.
