Royal Arctic Line (RAL) has opted to head to Spain to order replacement tonnage for its fleet, the company has confirmed.
The Greenland-based shipower said it had ordered two feeder containerships at Zamakona Yards for delivery by 2020.
The two vessels will replace its 16,000-cbf reefer vessel Pajuttaat (built 1979) and the chartered in 78,920-cbf reefer vessel Vestlandia (built 1983), it said.
