Regional feeder operator Arctic Container Line (ACL) is planning to expand its European network.
The Norwegian owner-operator has formed a partnership with Dutch ship agency Boeckmans for Netherlands and Belgium.
The partnership is designed to help ACL expand its current operation between Norway and Holland into other trading areas in Europe.
