Navigare Capital Partners has re-entered the boxship market by purchasing a pair of neo-panamaxes from Germany’s Peter Dohle.
The Danish investment company has acquired the 13,400-teu Faustina (built 2011) and Filomena (built 2010) in what is believed to have been a sale and leaseback deal.
Both ships are on charter to Hapag-Lloyd, for whom the Filomena has been renamed Rome Express and the Faustina operates as the Southampton Express.
