Danish containership giant and terminals group AP Moller-Maersk is continuing its transformation by putting technology at the heart of its management team.
The company said on Tuesday that chief technology and information officer Navneet Kapoor is joining the executive board on 1 April.
Kapoor, 50, has been with the group since 2017.
"The appointment is both a recognition of the role technology plays for the transformation of AP Moller–Maersk, and the strategic leadership capabilities of Navneet Kapoor," Maersk said.
