Germany's Harren & Partner has sold boxship line Caribbean Feeder Services (CFS).
Spanish logistics and agency company Perez y Cia is the buyer, according to Spanish media, which cited CFS.
The group is aiming to strengthen its position in the Central American and South American market.
The move has been made together with a consortium of financial investors.
CFS , based in Florida, operates 16 container vessels ranging from 500 teu to 1,700 teu.
