CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping, the leasing arm of China State Shipbuilding Corp, has agreed a four-ship sale and leaseback deal with Sinokor Merchant Marine.
The deal involves the acquisition of four 1,080-teu containerships under construction for the South Korean shipowner for delivery by the end 2021 for $72.4m.
