Footage obtained by TradeWinds captures the moment a devastating explosion tore through the Stolt-Nielsen tanker Stolt Groenland in South Korea.
From behind a rain-flecked camera screen, all appears calm on the 43,000-dwt vessel (built 2009).
Then pale smoke begins to emerge, followed a split second later by an enormous roar as black smoke and flames shoot in to the air.
