A seafarer had to be evacuated from a Grace Ocean-owned chemical tanker after an “unauthorised boarding” on Friday morning.
Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) said the Singapore-flagged 49,900-dwt MR2 Basset (built 2019) was in the Singapore Strait outside its territorial waters when the incident took place.
