The US Coast Guard (USCG) is suspending the search for eight missing seafarers following the capsize of a Seacor Marine liftboat in the US Gulf on 13 April.
The operation had been carried out eight miles (13 km) south of Port Fourchon.
The 2,300-gt Seacor Power (built 2002) turned over in hurricane-force winds.
