A grounded bulker has held up traffic on the Parana River all week.
The 82,000-dwt Cassiopeia Ocean (built 2018) ran aground in the river earlier this week southeast of Rosario, sources tell TradeWinds.
Tugs have been attempting to refloat the ship, but have failed, Francisco Venetucci of law firm Venetucci & Associates, said.
