An elderly Ukrainian-owned cargo vessel has been barred from European ports for two years after failing another safety inspection.
The Paris Memorandum of Understanding on Port State Control (Paris MOU) said the 4,000-dwt Ukraine-flag Reni (built 1992) will be refused access to Paris MOU ports.
The ship was detained in Constanta, Romania, on 14 July, for eight days with 13 deficiencies.
