Seanergy Maritime Holdings' earnings grew by almost six times as the capesize bulker sector experienced the highest rates in more than a decade.
The New York-listed owner reported a $20.1m net profit for the third quarter on Tuesday, compared with $3.6m for the same period last year.
Its fleet of 17 capesizes earned an average time charter equivalent rate of $30,764 per day, surpassing last year's figure by 90%.
