Navios Maritime Partners has agreed to acquire three kamsarmax bulkers, which will increase its dry cargo exposure ahead of its merger with Navios Maritime Containers at the end of this month.
The New York-listed partnership said the acquisitions comprise one newbuilding and two secondhand vessels that will be purchased from its sister company Navios Maritime Holdings.
