Jinhui Shipping & Transportation has acquired an ultramax bulker from Sea 17 Leasing Co.
The Oslo and Hong Kong-listed shipowner paid $24.52m for the 61,440-dwt Great Century (built 2017), according to a statement.
Jinhui’s directors believe that the acquisition will enable the company to optimise its fleet.
