Mitsui OSK Lines is taking over Norwegian-owned open-hatch bulker specialist Gearbulk Holding.
The giant Japanese shipowner said it is undertaking a “business reorganisation” of its Swiss-headquartered affiliate.
MOL, which has 49% of the company today, has agreed a deal to buy part of the Jebsen family’s stake of 51% owned through Halberton Holding.
