India’s Great Eastern Shipping has continued to sell off older ships as its profit increases.
The country’s biggest private shipowner said it had struck a deal to offload the 56,700-dwt supramax bulker Jag Rishi (built 2011) to an unnamed third party for delivery by the end of March.
Brokers said the ship has gone to an unknown Chinese owner.
