Mumbai-based Essar Shipping is quietly circulating its fleet of six mini-capesize bulkers on the sale-and-purchase market.
Chief executive Ranjit Singh told TradeWinds that the company is exploring the possibility of selling them, but would only do so if the price was right.
“Like any shipowner we are always on the lookout to see if we can get a good deal on some of our tonnage,” Singh said.
