New York-listed Eneti, the former Scorpio Bulkers, has reached an agreement to sell two more vessels, taking its remaining fleet down to five.
The company has sold the 61,300-dwt Achilles (built 2016) and 61,000-dwt SBI Cronos (built 2015), a pair of ultramaxes owned by Oslo-listed Ocean Yield in a sale-and-leaseback arrangement, according to market sources.
Eneti confirmed the sales in a public filing after market close on Tuesday, saying the pair had fetched about $39.75m.
