Diana Shipping plans to offload its fourth bulker this year while finding more work for one of its larger vessels.
The New York-listed owner of 37 bulkers has signed a memorandum of understanding to sell the 75,200-dwt Oceanis (built 2001) to an undisclosed buyer for $5.75m.
Simeon Palios-led Diana expects to deliver the ship by 16 April.
