Turkish maritime powerhouse Ciner Shipping has relocated its management activities to Athens to improve the handling of its rapidly growing bulker fleet.
“Our fleet has doubled in size and multiplied in value and we need access to a bigger pool of human resources to manage it more efficiently,” Ciner Ship Management chief executive Vassilis Papakalodoukas told TradeWinds at the company’s new Athens offices.
