Zhejiang Xiehai Group is making a $120m push into the large bulker segment, ordering in China its biggest ships to date.
The domestic shipping outfit has booked its first newcastlemaxes as part of an effort to grow its dry bulk fleet.
Privately-owned Zhejiang Xiehai has signed up for two 210,000-dwt newbuildingsat Qingdao Beihai Shipbuilding Heavy Industry, part of the giant China State Shipbuilding Corp.
