Castor Maritime has snapped up a second kamsarmax bulker in as many days, the company has confirmed.
The Petros Panagiotidis-led shipowner said it spent $14.5m to purchase the 12-year-old, Japanese-built bulker from an unnamed counterparty.
The company said it expects to take delivery of the vessel within the first quarter of this year subject to the satisfaction of certain customary closing conditions.
