Nasdaq-listed owner Castor Maritime has secured more work for its expanding bulker fleet.
The Cypriot company said Hong Kong operator Ausca Shipping has taken its 75,000-dwt panamax Magic Sun (built 2001) at $12,500 per day for three to four months, starting this week.
All four of its bulkers are now booked until at least September.
At the end of July, the company said it had acquired a Japanese-built panamax - its fifth ship - for nearly $12.8m
