All five remaining staff and directors at UK operator Graig Shipping have been made redundant, TradeWinds has been told.
The Cardiff-headquartered company said last week it was winding down operations after more than a century of operations.
Graig was founded 105 years ago by Idwal Williams, but the third generation of the family has now decided to retire.
