Royal Caribbean Cruises (RCCL) is selling its majority stake in its Spanish and French cruise business to a private equity firm but will retain ownership of the ships.
The cruiseship giant said it will form a joint venture with Madrid-based Springwater Capital, which will see a 51% share in Pullmantur and Croisieres de France (CDF) offloaded.
RCL operates four vessels under the Pullmantur brand: the 73,192-gt Sovereign
