Shipowner Qatar Navigation (Milaha) has launched its first venture in Oman.
The company said it is initially setting up warehousing and logistics services within the Sohar free zone.
And it added it continues to "explore further expansion" in Oman.
In June, Qatar started shipping cargo through Oman as a response to other Arab nations closing sea routes in a diplomatic row.
