Flex LNG chief executive Oystein Kalleklev is stepping down after seven years in the position.
The John Fredriksen-backed company said its board has accepted his resignation.
Kalleklev joined Flex LNG in October 2017 and was appointed CEO in August 2018.
“I would like to thank everyone involved, particularly my good colleagues, for a fantastic journey with Flex LNG,” he said in a statement.
