Gati Coast-to-Coast, the Indian coastal shipping and feeder operation, has inked a deal to offload its shipping division.
Mahendra Agarwal, Gati’s CEO, made the comments in an interview to CNBC-TV18, local reports say.
The shipowner has already signed a memorandum of understanding with another company.
"We are in an advanced stage of finalising the joint venture with a new partner," said Agarwal.
