Norway’s Fjord Line has submitted an application to Stromstad in Sweden to start a new ferry run from the outer Oslo Fjord.
“We want to take part in the competition in the major market for passenger and freight transport on this route,” said CEO Ingvar Fardal.
A decision is due on the application from Stromstad authorities this month.
“Our planned schedule will offer two crossings in each direction daily.
