Counter-piracy plans off Somalia have been dealt a huge blow after Kenya axed an agreement to prosecute suspects.
The decision to pull out of six international agreements came on the same day as the country jailed 11 pirates for five years and could be seen as political posturing to garner more finances from international allies.
