A lack of rest for crew members and ignoring a warning from British authorities had AP Moller-Maersk pleading guilty in a UK court on Monday.
The punishment meted out is unlikely to have the Danish shipping giant losing much sleep, however, as it was hit with fines totalling less than $40,000.
