Lilian Tan Yin Yen, group financial controller at Singapore-listed ASL Marine, has resigned her post to “pursue other career opportunities”.
A statement from the shipbuilder and ship repair yard issued to the Singapore stock exchange said that a replacement for Ms Tan, who is leaving on 15 December, had already been found. However, the name was not released.
