Schoeller-owned Columbia Group has appointed Simona Toma as chief of its new Maritime HR division.
This follows a restructuring of the department after the departure of former boss Faouzi Fradi.
The C-level appointment means Toma, previously OSM Thome managing director in Singapore, will oversee both the crewing and training sides of operations within Columbia.
