Belships is being delisted from the Oslo Stock Exchange after 88 years of trading on the market.
Trading in its shares was suspended after the market closed on Monday and an application to delist the shares was submitted to the bourse on Tuesday.
The ultramax owner also confirmed an all-new board on Monday, after a fund managed by EnTrust Global completed its takeover of the company on Friday.
